I have not found that alcohol, especially after quite a few hrs, triggers the patch to launch substantial amounts of fentanyl. Even so, if the patch insert say not to work with Alcoholic beverages within the location, there must be a explanation. Re: Truly Freaked Out!! Fentanyl OD or W/D, Unsure
